Interactions

• Warfarin: CoQ10 may affect warfarin response; consult your clinician and monitor as directed.
• Antibiotics: Minerals in multivitamins can reduce absorption of tetracyclines and quinolones; take the multivitamin at least 2–6 hours apart.
• Thyroid medication: Minerals may reduce levothyroxine absorption; separate by at least 4 hours.
• Fat-absorption blockers: Orlistat or bile-acid sequestrants (cholestyramine/colestipol) may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins; take at a different time.
