Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days. We’ll email a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our studio. Delivery windows are estimates once a carrier is in possession.

We ship to street addresses and P.O. Boxes (USPS). Email us quickly for address fixes; changes may not be possible after a label is created.
Delivered
Check with neighbors or your building and any secure areas. If still missing after 24 hours, email us and we’ll start a carrier trace.
Damaged or incorrect
Email support@amaraapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and item. We will replace or refund.
Return Policy
What is eligible
Unopened items in original condition within 30 days.
Opened consumables (teas, supplements, body oils) aren’t returnable unless damaged or we made an error.
How to start a return
Email support@amaraapothecary.com with your order number.
We can issue a prepaid label and deduct $7.99 from your refund.
If damaged/incorrect, we cover the label.
Refund timing
Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping isn’t refunded unless the issue was ours.
Exchanges
Return the original per above and place a new order.
