Shipping Policy
Where we ship
United States only at this time. Orders ship from Brozneville, Chicago, IL.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Rates and speeds (USA)
- Standard: $6.49 for orders under $59. Estimated 3–7 business days.
- Free Standard: $59+.
- Express: $14.99. Estimated 2–3 business days.
Carriers: USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates are not guarantees once a carrier is in possession of the package.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our studio.
Addresses
We ship to street addresses and P.O. Boxes (USPS). Please enter your address carefully. If something needs correcting, email support@amaraapothecary.com as soon as possible; once a label is created, changes may not be possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email support@amaraapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and item. We will replace or refund.
“Delivered” but not received
First check with neighbors, your building, and any secure delivery areas. If still missing after 24 hours, email us and we will assist with a carrier trace.
Returns
Unopened items in original condition are eligible within 30 days. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct a flat amount from the refund as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Opened consumables (teas, supplements, body oils) are not returnable unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Backorders / split shipments
If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email. We may ship available items first at our discretion.
