Where we ship
United States only at this time. Orders ship from Bronzeville, Chicago, Illinois.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Rates and speeds
- Standard: $6.49 for orders under $59. Estimated 3–7 business days.
- Free Standard: Free for orders of $59 or more. Estimated 3–7 business days.
- Express: $14.99. Estimated 2–3 business days.
Carriers include USPS and UPS. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed once a carrier has the package.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our studio.
Addresses
We ship to street addresses and P.O. Boxes through USPS. Enter your address carefully. For corrections, email info@amaraapothecary.com as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after a shipping label is created.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email info@amaraapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the shipping box and item. We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund.
Delivered but not received
Check with neighbors, your building, and any secure delivery areas. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, email us and we will assist with a carrier trace.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened teas, dietary supplements, body oils, skincare products, and other consumable or personal-care items are final sale unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or were sent in error. See our Return and Refund Policy for instructions.
Backorders and split shipments
If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email. We may ship available items separately.
