Crimson Hibiscus is delicious hot or iced and makes a refreshing cold brew.

BREWING
Hot: 2–3 g (1–1½ tsp) • 8 oz / 240 mL • 200 °F • 5 minutes
Iced: 6 g (2 tsp) • 8 oz hot water • 5 minutes, then pour over ice
Cold brew: 8 g • 16 oz cold water • steep 6–12 hours, strain

PRECAUTION
Hibiscus may be intercropped near peanuts; may contain traces of peanut shell. 
Avoid if you have severe peanut allergy.

Take iron pills at a different time; tea can lower iron absorption.
